1. Go to AmazonSmile.com
2. Click on your account
3. Under settings go to "change your charity"
4. When asked to pick your charitable organization; pick Faith West Inc. 
5. Every time you shop on amazon put Amazon Smile in your search engine. The Amazon Smile site has identical products as the regular Amazon site.
